Context: verification and validation of driver assistance systems / automated driving functions using scenario-based testing; use of sampling strategies to select scenarios from a scenario space.
Challenge: Sampling strategies have an impact on the quality of the selected scenarios; use of fuzzing techniques can improve selected scenarios
Goal: Better understanding of influences of sampling strategies and fuzzing on the quality of scenarios.
Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of software testing, driver assistance systems, Matlab / Simulink, Python and Java.
