Practical Course: Advanced Software Development Tools

Contents

The requirements for modern software are becoming increasingly demanding and complex. As a result, new software development techniques are constantly being introduced to meet these requirements. This often requires the implementation of new development environments and tools in research to support these advanced development techniques.

In this module, participants use and expand advanced software development tools from practice and research. The aim is to either extend the functionality or improve the tool in terms of non-functional properties.

Internship performance is graded individually, and group work is planned. The internship is integrated into the chair's current research work and offers plenty of room for creativity. The internship tasks are practically oriented and prepare students for realistic tasks in research and industry.
